Yes. After inspecting your goods, we will provide inbound instructions containing the address, which you can send to your Alibaba supplier.

Yes. Each supplier can deliver eligible goods to our Guangzhou warehouse using your package identification mark. We identify and consolidate the orders after arrival.
Do you collect goods from Alibaba suppliers?
No. Each supplier must arrange domestic delivery to our Guangzhou warehouse. Ask the supplier to confirm the domestic delivery cost before placing the order.
Should I choose EXW or FOB when using your service?
The correct trade term depends on your purchase agreement and shipping plan. Confirm with the supplier which party is responsible for domestic transportation, export procedures and related costs before placing the order.
Can I use your service instead of the supplier’s shipping option?
In many cases, yes. Ask the supplier whether they can deliver the goods to our Guangzhou warehouse, then send us the product and shipment information for review.
Will consolidation always reduce my shipping cost?
Not always. Savings depend on product type, total weight, dimensions, packaging, destination and shipping method. We recommend comparing the total delivered cost before shipping.
Can every Alibaba product be shipped by DDP?
No. Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics, branded goods and other restricted products require confirmation. DDP availability also depends on the destination and current route.
