Do not send goods directly to the warehouse without confirmation. We first review the products, destination and expected shipment details, then provide the correct warehouse address and package identification mark.
Unidentified or unapproved packages may be delayed or refused.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Share Your Order Details
Send us the Alibaba product links, product description, number of suppliers, estimated carton details, destination country and postal code.

Receive a Quote and Warehouse Instructions
We review the cargo and recommend suitable consolidation and shipping options. If accepted, we provide the Guangzhou warehouse address and your package identification mark.

Ask Your Suppliers to Deliver
Send the warehouse instructions and identification mark to each supplier. Your suppliers arrange domestic delivery to our Guangzhou warehouse. We currently do not provide supplier pickup within China.

We Receive and Identify Each Package
When supplier packages arrive, we identify them using your customer mark and record their arrival. Arrival photos and basic visible-condition checks can be provided when requested.

Store, Consolidate and Pick & Pack
Eligible goods can be stored while waiting for remaining suppliers. We combine compatible orders, remove unnecessary packaging and reinforce the shipment where required.

Confirm Final Weight and Shipping Cost
After consolidation and repacking, we measure the final cartons and calculate the chargeable weight. You receive the confirmed shipping option and payment details before dispatch.
7
International Shipping and Final Delivery
We arrange the selected international service. For eligible DDP shipments, this may include export declaration, transportation, customs clearance, duties and final delivery.

Before You Ask Suppliers to Ship
Can suppliers ship before I receive the warehouse instructions?
No. Contact us first and wait for the correct warehouse address and package identification mark. Goods sent without approval may not be identified or accepted.
Do you pick up goods from suppliers in China?
No. Each supplier must arrange domestic delivery to our designated Guangzhou warehouse. Confirm the domestic delivery cost and responsibility with the supplier before placing the order.
Can different suppliers deliver at different times?
Yes. We can receive eligible orders as they arrive and hold them while waiting for the remaining suppliers, subject to the confirmed storage period and warehouse policy.
What products require confirmation before shipping?
Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics, medicines, branded goods, magnetic products, oversized cargo and other restricted products must be confirmed in advance.
Are arrival photos the same as a product inspection?
No. Arrival photos and basic checks record the package, visible condition, basic quantity and shipment details. They do not replace professional quality inspection, functionality testing or certification.
Is DDP available for every shipment?
No. DDP availability depends on the product, shipment size, destination and current route conditions. We confirm availability after reviewing the shipment.
