No supplier pickup within China
Your Alibaba supplier must arrange delivery to the Guangzhou warehouse. We do not collect goods from the supplier’s factory or office.

Free Consolidation Storage
Free storage may be included within the confirmed consolidation period while approved supplier orders are arriving.
Long or Oversized Storage
Extended storage, oversized cargo, pallets or unusually large quantities may require a separate fee.
Unidentified Packages
Packages without the correct identification mark can be delayed, misidentified or subject to additional handling.
The confirmed storage period, handling scope and any charges follow the quotation and current warehouse policy.
Do not send restricted or unapproved cargo.
Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics, medicines, branded goods, magnetic products, dangerous goods and high-value items require advance review. Unapproved cargo may be refused or returned at the sender’s cost.

Can all my Alibaba suppliers use the same warehouse?
Yes, after each product is reviewed and approved. Every carton must use your confirmed identification mark.
When will I receive the warehouse address?
We provide the address, contact details and identification instructions after reviewing your cargo and destination.
Can you pick up goods from my supplier?
No. The supplier must arrange domestic delivery to our Guangzhou warehouse.
Will you open every carton?
Not automatically. Opening, detailed checking and repacking depend on the agreed service and product requirements.
Is warehouse storage free?
Free consolidation storage may be included for the confirmed period. Long-term, oversized or special storage can incur fees.
What happens if the package has no identification mark?
Identification can be delayed and additional handling may be required. Ask every supplier to mark all cartons clearly.
